The Ardea Project is a concept for an educational animated video series. It aims to create accessible content that helps people understand topics in ecology and sustainability, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary ecosystem of professionals, artists, and communities.
SOCIAL SUSTAINABILITY
Businesses are cooperatives of people who dedicate time, resources, and energy to the company's overall mission and goals. Social sustainability should be a key consideration in this regard. To reflect this in the organization of the Ardea Project, I took the traditional organizational hierarchy and transformed it to represent more of a business ecology: a system of players that interact, collaborate, and strategize throughout day-to-day operations.
